Klein Recycling employs a wide range of skilled professionals who keep our operations running safely, efficiently, and with the high level of service our customers expect. Below are the positions we most commonly hire for.

Operate roll-offs, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers servicing commercial, industrial, and municipal accounts. Responsible for safe equipment operation, inspections, load securement, and professional customer interaction.

Repair and fabricate containers and equipment. Proficiency in MIG, stick welding, torch cutting, and heavy steel required.

Operate loaders, skid steers, excavators, and material handlers. Experience in recycling or industrial environments preferred.

Maintain and repair trucks and heavy equipment. Strong diesel, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills required.

Operate certified scales, classify metals, issue tickets, and ensure accurate transactions.

Assist customers, issue tickets, answer questions, and support administrative operations.

Coordinate drivers, schedule container services, and manage routing logistics.

Develop and manage scrap accounts with contractors and industrial clients. Strong communication and industry knowledge required.
